Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to Fundiesel's website and private startup-investor discovery platform. By creating an account or using Fundiesel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Fundiesel is operated by Fundiesel Private Limited. If you use Fundiesel for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.

Fundiesel helps eligible founders and investors discover one another through structured, privacy-conscious profiles. Profiles may remain anonymous until both parties agree to connect.

Fundiesel is a discovery service. We do not provide investment advice, negotiate on a user's behalf, execute investments, hold client money, or guarantee an introduction, response, funding outcome, or investment return.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and permitted to use the platform under applicable law.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your sign-in credentials, and all activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Founders and investors may be asked for business, professional, financial, identity, or eligibility information. The information requested depends on the account type and the features being used.

Verification is designed to improve platform quality; it is not an endorsement, accreditation, background check, credit assessment, or guarantee that any user or information is genuine, complete, or suitable for you.

You retain ownership of information you submit. You give Fundiesel a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, format, and display that information only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the platform.

You must have the right to submit the information you provide. Do not upload confidential or personal information about another person unless you have a lawful basis and their permission where required.

Search results, match scores, recommendations, and profile ordering are discovery aids. They may be incomplete, change over time, and should not be treated as advice or a measure of investment quality.

When both parties accept a connection, Fundiesel may reveal the contact or identity information described in the product. Any conversation, diligence, negotiation, or transaction after that point is solely between the users involved.

Some actions may require credits, be subject to daily or account-level limits, or be included in a paid plan. The applicable price, credit charge, and limit will be shown in the product before the relevant action or purchase.

Credits are a platform-use entitlement, not money, a deposit, or an investment product. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, completed purchases and consumed credits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

If you provide a GSTIN or purchase credits for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that organisation. Credits purchased using a business's GSTIN are issued to and belong to that GST-registered business, not to an individual user.

You may use Fundiesel only for lawful startup-investor discovery. You must not:

• Misrepresent your identity, role, organisation, investment activity, or financial position.
• Scrape, copy, sell, publish, or build a database from profiles or platform data.
• Harass users, send unsolicited promotions, or use unlocked details for an unrelated purpose.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or interfere with the platform or its security controls.
• Upload malware or content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful.
• Create accounts or use automation to evade verification, pricing, or usage limits.

Fundiesel may rely on third parties for services such as identity verification, payments, hosting, analytics, and email delivery. Their separate terms and privacy notices may apply when you use their services.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or communications that we do not control.

Fundiesel and its software, design, brand, and original content are owned by Fundiesel Private Limited or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the platform under these terms, no rights are transferred to you.

You may stop using Fundiesel at any time. You can request account deletion through the available account controls or by contacting us.

We may restrict, suspend, or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. This includes where we reasonably believe that a user was not, or is no longer, authorised to act for a business they represent. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a way to contact us.

We work to keep Fundiesel reliable and secure, but the platform is provided on an 'as available' basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every profile, match, verification result, or third-party service will be accurate or error-free.

Nothing on Fundiesel is legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice. Obtain independent professional advice and conduct your own diligence before making a decision.

To the extent permitted by law, Fundiesel Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss arising from a user's conduct, a third-party service, reliance on profile information, or a transaction arranged outside the platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits any non-waivable consumer right.

We may update the platform and these terms as Fundiesel evolves or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and, when a change is material, provide reasonable notice through the platform or the contact details associated with your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights or forums that cannot be excluded by law, courts in Delhi, India will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the platform.
